Exchange Return Policy
Refund, Exchange, Alteration Policy and Cancellation Policy
We have a no-question-asked hassle-free easy refund policy (pls. read below Refund conditions as well) for all our Standard Size Products from Small size to 4XL size. Standard-size products below Small size and above 4XL size can only be exchanged for size and no refund / exchange shall be provided for the same as these are curated on made to order basis only. Pls. also note that Customized Products can only be altered and no refund/exchange shall be provided for the same. Products sold / shipped to addresses outside India are not eligible for return/exchange/refund/alteration. The following terms and conditions apply for eligible products:
- Request for refund, exchange, or alteration needs to be initiated within 7 days of the date of receipt of the Product by the customer.
- Product should be unused and unwashed
- There should not be any perfume/ deodorant/ washing powder smell etc on it
- Product should be free of any stains (make-up, pen marks etc.)
- Original tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories should not have been damaged or discarded
- The accessories delivered with the Product should be returned along with the Product in an undamaged condition
- Products under Flash Sale / EOSS sale are not eligible for refund/exchange
Process for placing the request for order refund, exchange, alteration, or cancellation: Please send an email to info@powersutra.co along with your order ID, and our customer care executives will take care of the rest.
Refund
- For online payment: Power Sutra shall initiate a refund to its source of payment (credit card, Paytm, bank accounts etc) post receipt of the Product and satisfactory quality checks. Typically, it takes around 2-4 days for the money to get credited back into the account post refund initiation by us. Products sold /shipped to addresses outside India are not eligible for a refund.
- For payment made through cash on delivery mode: PowerSutra shall only refund the money to the Customer’s PowerSutra Store account as a gift card / store credit, which can be used to purchase other products on Power Sutra's website within the next 3 months of issuing the gift card.
- It is clarified that the refund entitled to a User shall not include COD or shipping charges, if applicable, except in case of a Product having a defect at the time of delivery.
Exchange
- Once the return request is duly placed, the Product is likely to be picked up by our reverse-logistics partner within 24-48 hours. Pls. note that logistics companies do not typically make more than two attempts to collect the reverse parcel. Pls ensure that the parcel is ready to hand over before making the return request.
- The Company would get the product reverse picked up only for the first exchange or alteration. For any subsequent exchange or alteration, the customer would need to send the product back to us and bear the logistic costs involved in the exchange.
- In case the customer location is not serviceable by our reverse logistic partner, we may request you to send the product directly to us.
- It usually takes 7-10 working days to complete the exchange request post placing a request.

No more than 2 exchanges shall be entertained unless the product delivered is defective. Pls. also note that no refund shall be processed against the second exchange.
Alteration
- Only Customised Products are eligible for free-of-cost alteration in terms of fit.
- Alteration is not provided for standard-size products; however, the same may be considered on a case-to-case basis at additional costs.
- The option of adding / removing sleeves or increasing / decreasing length of Product can be opted, for only at the time of placing the initial order, at extra cost.
Cancellation
- Orders are eligible for cancellation by the User for up to 8 hours from the placement of the order.
- Once the User cancels the order within such 8 hours, the paid amount for such canceled order will be refunded in line with the Refund Policy mentioned above.
Defective/ Damaged/ Incorrect Apparel
- Though highly unlikely, in case of an incorrect/ wrong / damaged Product received by the User, pls. notify us within 24 hours of receiving the same with the relevant pictures of the product or preferably footage while opening the parcel.
- We assure you that we will replace your product or provide you with a full refund (at your option) in such a case.
