Shoulder
As shoulder width is measured along the upper portion of the back, you will need the help of another person to measure this.
With the back straight, measure from tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other shoulder.
Arms/Biceps
Stand straight with your arms relaxed at your sides, take the help of someone else to measure the arm width/biceps around the widest part of the arm as shown in the picture
Bust
With the back straight, measure around the fullest part of the bust (Over nipples), keep tape parallel to the floor.
Waist
With the back straight, measure around the natural waist which is at the narrowest part of the waist just below the bony rib cage. It is usually 3-4 inches above the navel.
Hip
Stand straight with feet together, measure around the fullest part of the buttocks.
Upper Thigh
Stand straight and measure the widest part of the thigh as shown in the picture.

Shipping Costs
Within India: Shipping is done free of costs for all prepaid orders above INR 1,000. A standard delivery charge of INR 100 will be applicable to all orders (whether prepaid or cash on delivery) under INR 1,000. Such delivery charge is non-refundable.
Outside India: Shipping charges outside India are based on the weight of the products ordered / the number of products ordered. The exact shipping amount can be seen on the checkout page before placing the order. The cash-on-delivery (COD) option is not available for products to be delivered outside India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within India, Power Sutra shall charge INR 100 as handling charges. Such handling charges are non-refundable.
Delivery Timelines
It usually takes approximately 5-7 days to prepare the order and 2-3 days to deliver it within India.
For International orders, it usually takes 8-14 working days for the order to reach the User after placing the order.

The Users may easily track their orders through tracking number provided to them.
Alternatively, the User may contact our customer care to check the status.
Other Terms of Delivery
Power Sutra usually partners with third party logistic service providers in order to effectuate Product delivery to Users ("Logistic Partners").
Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the purchased Product(s) will be provided to the User upon the purchased Product(s) being handed over to the Logistic Partner by Power Sutra. Power Sutra may also effectuate Product delivery to Users on its own without engaging Logistic Partners.
Prior to making payments on the Platforms for the purchase of Products, the User will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the User should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with sufficient landmarks in order to aid identification of the address.
A maximum of 2 (two) attempts shall be made to deliver purchased Products to the User. Should the User continue to remain unavailable after 2 (two) attempts, Power Sutra reserves the right to cancel the order pertaining to the purchased Products at its sole discretion.
While Power Sutra shall make reasonable endeavors in ensuring that purchased Products are delivered to its Users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of various factors, including logistical issues beyond Power Sutra’s control, unsuitable weather conditions, political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, acts of god such as floods, earthquakes, etc, pandemics or health emergency condition and other unforeseen circumstances.
Power Sutra, as an internal process, ensures that reputed Logistic Partners are hired to deliver your orders. However, it is not possible for Power Sutra to ensure that employees of its Logistic Partners behave in a fashion that exudes thorough professionalism, competence and good mannerism. It is expressly clarified that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy or offensiveness shown by employees of the Logistic Partners is beyond Power Sutra’s control and any issue arising between a User and an employee of the Logistic Provider will have to be resolved by the User, independently.
Title and risk of loss for all purchased Products shall pass onto the User upon the delivery of the purchased Products to the User.

Can I exchange/return the product once bought ?
All products except Customised products, products in standard sizes above 4XL or below Small size, and products sold under Clearance Sale are eligible for exchange / return within 7 days of the date of receipt of the product by the customer subject to Exchange & Return policy. Further, Products shipped to addresses outside India are not eligible for return/exchange/refund/alteration. Following terms and conditions would apply for all exchanges:
• Product should be unused and unwashed
• There should not be any perfume/deodorant/washing powder smell on it
• Product should be free of any stains (make-up, pen marks etc.)
• Original tags and packing should be intact
Do you ship orders outside India ?

Pls note that additional fee like custom duty, import fee etc may apply to certain international orders. These costs, if any, are not included in the pricing and are buyer's responsibility.
Is Cash on delivery (COD) available on all the products at Power Sutra?
For domestic orders, COD is available on standard sizes up to 4XL. An extra INR 100 will be charged on COD (non-refundable). COD is not available on sizes above 4XL and customized products. COD option is also not available on orders to be delivered outside India.
Are my payment details secure while making payment at Power Sutra ?
Shopping at Power Sutra via pre-paid mode of payment (credit cards, debit cards, Paytm, net banking etc.) is done through highly secured, reputed, and leading payment gateway companies such as Razorpay and Gokwik. At the time of making payment, you have the option to choose any of these payment gateway providers and various pre-paid payment options provided by leading card companies of the world including Master Card and Visa.
What should I do in case money is deducted from my account but I did not receive an order confirmation ?
Pls don’t worry if payment is deducted from your account and you have not received the order confirmation. Simply sign into your account and recheck the order status. If you still do not see an order confirmation or if you do not have an account with us, pls. call us or send us a WhatsApp message on +91-7827122980 or email us at care@powersutra.co and we will help you out. In case you have cancelled an order or are awaiting a refund, most likely payment refund is already being processed. It may take 1-3 days for the payment to get reflected back in your account as per the policies of the payment gateway providers.
How long will it take for my Power Sutra order to arrive?
We believe in a perfect fit; therefore, all our products are made to order to give your dream fit and save you from hassles of returns.
Accordingly, it usually takes approximately 5-7 days to prepare the order and another 2-3 days to deliver it within India. For International orders, it usually takes 8-14 working days for the order to reach the User after placing the order.
Can I request for an early delivery of my order in case of some urgency?
If you need your order early, you can write to us at care@powersutra.co or WhatsApp at (+91) -7827122980. We will try our best to cater to your request as a special case and deliver your order before or on the date requested by you.
How do I know which size garments will fit me?
We provide garments in both Power Sutra standard sizes and customized sizes based on your exact measurement. While ordering, click on ‘Size Chart’ to see which Power Sutra standard size would suit you the best. If you are still unsure, you may provide your exact measurements by clicking on ‘Custom Size’ option. You may also talk to our stylist or WhatsApp us should you need any suggestions while placing an order.
What types of customization options are available ?
There are two types of customisation option available:
• You can get length of certain garments (knee length, ankle length, below knee length etc), neckline (boat neck, U neck, V neck etc) and sleeves (full sleeves, half sleeves etc) customized.
• You can also provide your exact measurements to get a customized garment made to fit your body.

How do I provide my measurements for a perfect fit ?
While ordering, click on ‘Custom' Tab, select the Standard size range within which your measurement fall, and select just three mandatory measurements for Bust, Waist and Hip from the drop down menu. You may also provide us with other optional measurements like shoulder, arms, chest etc for a perfect fit.
How do I measure my parameters for customization ?
After choosing Custom Size option, pls click on ‘How to Measure’ button (Bottom Right) to see a pictorial / written instruction on how to exactly measure any body part.
Can I ask for alteration if I don’t fit in the garment ordered?
Yes, you can. If your order is made to measure as per the measurements provided by you, it is highly unlikely that you won’t fit in the garment. Still, to your satisfaction, we provide option for free alterations.
Are customized products eligible for return/exchange ?
No, customised products are only eligible for free of cost alteration
